Here's Noah in one of his famous poses, with his hands behind his back!
Friday evening we enjoyed dinner at the mall and then got some fresh air. The rain held off even though it was expected all weekend. Saturday was a busy one. That morning we all went to the Arboretum to enjoy lunch and wandering around. Noah loves to walk these days and especially hates to hold our hands. We felt like this was the perfect place for him to "run free" although he never wanted to go the direction we wanted him to! He really loved the water. Once we introduced him to it, it was hard to drag him away.

Pretty flowers!
Illegally splashing in the water
The flower "play house". Noah was terrified to go in!
Our favorite fountain! Noah was nervous at first, then had a blast playing in it as you can see by the following pictures!
Our soaked baby!
You'd think that would be enough to wear out Noah, but nope - we went to my friend, Cathy's house for dinner that night. She has a son who's 7 weeks younger than Noah and they have a heated pool! We got home from the arboretum in enough time for him to take a nap and went over around 5. The weather held up pretty nicely (was supposed to rain all weekend). We did get rained on but not until after Noah played in the pool with daddy. He loved the little boat he road in! He didn't pay too much attention to Jacob, but I guess they are at the age where they don't pay much attention to the other kids. Of course, he only wanted the toys that other kids had, not any that were lying around.
I almost forgot to mention, the past week, we watched my "niece" Sophie (my sister's maltipoo) while Dana went on vacation. She loved hiding under our side table from Noah. Too bad he figured out rather quickly what a fun place it was. Before long, Noah was going under there and playing. Sophie had to find another lounging area because she sure wasn't going to hang out with him!
